Preparation Property Package

  • Landscaping clean up and removal

  • Property deep cleaning

  • Stage and removal of items for photos 

  • Review amenities and inventory of supplies for guests

  • Create/Update/Edit a How-To Home Manual for guests

  • Professional photo shoot for property listing 12-18 photos edited

  • Create vacation rental listing for vacation rental site, uploading to platform with photos.

Short-Term Rentals

All cleaning fees/pet fees associated with cleaning the property are paid to the property management company directly, not included in the percentage of the monthly fee.

Monthly management fee of $100 per month.

 

Remote Management - Geared toward property owners who are on-site or have their own team of cleaners, maintenance people, and inspectors. 

10% of the booking fee for each listing

  • Manage Online Listing and Reservations

  • Guest support (8:00 am - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday and follow-up after their stay ends.

  • House cleaners after each guest. (owners provide all cleaning tools and supplies)

Full Management - For owners who want comprehensive property management service. 

15% of the booking fee for each listing

  • Manage Online Listing and Reservations

  • Research local listings to recommend the best optimal price for each listing.

  • Guest support (8:00 am - 5:00 am) seven days a week and follow-up after their stay ends.

  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday through Friday) for on-call repair services.

  • On-site inspection before guest arrival.

  • House cleaners after each guest (owners provide all cleaning tools and supplies)

  • Restock supplies for the home (at owners cost)

Full Management, Plus - For owners who want to sit back, relax, and give their guests premium services. 

20% of the booking fee for each listing

  • Dedicated host who knows the in’s and out’s of your property.

  • Manage Online Listing and Reservations

  • Research local listings to recommend the best optimal price for each listing (monthly).

  • 24-hour on-call repair services.

  • 24/7 Guest Support. 

  • 1/2 dozen farm-fresh eggs

  • On-site inspection before guest arrival.
